Beautiful apartment very centrally location to travel in Amsterdam.

Location was so convenient, perfect to travel within Amsterdam. Apartment were beautiful with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. View was fantastic. There is someone 24/7 at the reception area which makes it easier to access and also very safe neighbourhood. Restaurants and grocery shops are within walking distance of the apartment.

Definitely recommend!!

The location was the South part of Amsterdam, far from centre but the metro or tram was easy to use, or when the weather is nice, you can walk too. We walked most days, it was nice

the inside of the fridge could have been cleaner! stuff left by previous guests, but for the rest it was clean, spacious, the personnel was very nice everybody at the front desk, the manager too, very nice people, made us feel like we were at home

Very spacious room. Easy access to the public transport system. Very convenient to have a trip to Hague. Many law firms in the area, so pretty quiet in the night.

The location is not central, therefore you gotta budget up for the metro fares etc.

Well-furnished family unit perfect for a getaway, within 15-mins Metro to Amsterdam Centraal

The unit itself was very comfortable for a family of 4. Comes fully-furnished with kitchenette, washer-dryer that works well, oven-microwave combo, and cutlery. Great transport options - tram literally outside the door bringing you to say Museumplein within 15mins. Another option nearby is the Metro service to Centraal (15mins) though the station is about 8-mins walk away. There is a supermarket nearby within 5mins walk, but only a handful of restaurants open in the evening.

Location was essentially in what I was told is essentially Amsterdam's business district, so the location is very quiet in the evening and weekends.

Comfortable, modern apartment in the university and near the RAI districts

Check in was well organised. The concierge was friendly and helpful. Security arrangements with the keyless entry appeared strong. The apartment was spacious, sun filled and modern. The kitchen was modern, had a dishwasher, oven/microwave, and washer/drier. The bed was large, comfortable and left sufficient room in the bedroom to get around. The apartment was air-conditioned and this provided a pleasant temperature. The air-conditioning unit was somewhat tricky to operate. It seemed to have a "mind" of its own at times and basic operating instructions in the apartment would have been useful. The same is true of the washing machine and the oven/microwave. Bathroom was clean, of sufficient size and the shower worked well. The concierge staff provided coffee capsules free of charge throughout our stay. Nice touch.

I dislike combination oven/microwaves, but this is a personal matter. The unit worked well, but care needed to be taken when using the microwave function AFTER the warming of the breakfast rolls, as it leave the cups very hot and can potentially lead to mishaps. A brief operating description would assist in its operation.

Great staff, excellent property and would definitely stay there again.

Coffee machine and selection for tea available in the foyer were great. The staff were so helpful and the ability to give us early access and a late checkout for the room was excellent. The tram and train access very close The rooms were very comfortable and clean

The only thing we thought odd was the fact there was no curtain in the living room, no big deal though!

Relaxing, comfortable stay for a family of 4!

We stayed at the Premier Suites Amsterdam for 5 nights during the last leg of our Europe trip. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We were able to prepare small meals, utilize the washer/dryer a few times, and having air conditioning was a plus point especially in the summer during a few of the warmer days that we were staying there. The beds and linens were very comfortable and it was a plus to have two full bathrooms for us to use. We loved that there was a sitting and dining area as well to relax at the end of the day and watch the Olympics on tv. The property was modern and furnished with the needed essentials for the stay. We also loved that it was so close to the tram stop and the rail stations Zuid so we could travel easily within Amsterdam and also to other nearby cities like Haarlem and Utretch. The lobby is beautifully decorated with live plants and a coffee station to make many types of espresso drinks and enjoy a variety of teas. We took advantages of many flat whites and cappuccinos. There are many restaurants, foodhall Market 33 is nearby, BLCK coffee that we frequented for lattes in the morning were all close by. We didn't use the gym but there is a Trainmore gym attached to the building that guests have access too. Highly recommend to anyone for a stay here in a hotel that is an away from the busy city center but still close enough for a very comfortable stay.

Would have preferred if we could have had one night of minimal room service and cleaning given that we were there for 5days. Or at least some amenities to be able to tidy up. It wasn't a huge deal but a nice to have. Otherwise no complaints at all. It was a great stay! And we will absolutely recommend to others and plan to stay here on future trips.

Wonderful

The apartment was very clean and large enough for a family of four. Two WCs with showers, the climate control and modern kitchen equipment were a super benefit. Wardrobe hangers and frying pans were missing, but the personnel at the reception were very responsive and provided the items quickly. The place itself is close to the train, subway and tram station. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to the city center and less than 10 minutes to reach the airport. There's also a large grocery store nearby.

The WiFi was unavailable, every attempt to connect ended with error "could not get ip address". Might be because we had a room at the building corner and/or too many devices at once were using the network there.
